1. Eligibility

Syndicate City is a work of crime fiction intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, and we verify your date of birth before you can play.

Accounts found to belong to minors are removed without refund or appeal.

2. Your account

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done under your name, including actions taken by anybody you share credentials with.

• Do not share, sell, buy, rent or transfer accounts.
• Do not use automation, scripts, macros or multiple browsers to act faster than a human can.
• Do not exploit bugs. Report them through Support instead.
• Do not trade in-game currency or items for real money or goods.

3. Conduct

The setting is violent; the community is not. Threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing and sexual content involving minors are grounds for immediate and permanent removal.

Usernames and gang names are filtered for reserved words and slurs. Attempting to evade the filter is itself a violation.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We may warn, freeze, suspend or ban an account, and may adjust or remove in-game assets gained through a violation. Every staff action is written to an immutable audit log.

Suspended and banned accounts keep access to the appeals page only.

5. Virtual goods

Cash, bank balances, gold bullion, items, vehicles, properties and territory are licensed game state, not property. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may be rebalanced or reset as the game is developed.

6. Availability and changes

The game is under active development. Features, balance numbers and wipes may change without notice, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance.

Material changes to these terms will be announced in the Gazette before they take effect.
