1. What we collect

We keep the smallest set of data that lets the game work and stay fair.

• Account data: username, email address, hashed password and date of birth.
• Game state: your profile, inventory, gang membership, financial ledger entries and moderation history.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent and session timestamps, used for security and multi-account detection.
• Support data: tickets and messages you send to Support.

2. How we use it

To run your account and the game world, to enforce the Terms of Service, to detect multi-accounting and automation, and to answer your support requests.

We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

3. Passwords

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Nobody at the game, including staff, can read your password. Staff never ask for it.

4. Retention

Account and game data are kept while your account exists. Audit logs and financial ledger entries are immutable and retained for the life of the service, because they are how disputes get settled.

Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; anonymised ledger and audit references remain.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion through Support. Age verification data cannot be corrected to below the minimum age.
